Kenneth Zoldan founded the firm and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including complex legal malpractice, and family law. Ken has more than a decade's worth of experience as an attorney and has tried cases in the local, state and federal court systems. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ken received his law degree from Temple University and his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal.


Jeffrey Grossman is a seasoned litigator who has concentrated his practice for most of the last decade in the representation of creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters, as well as other types of commercial litigation matters.


Laurence Mester is an experienced trial attorney with an extensive background in complex commercial litigation and real estate matters, having tried cases in Pennsylvania, Florida and New Jersey.


Gary Bluestein served as counsel to the Internal Revenue Service and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney through the Justice Department. In these capacities, Gary provided training and advice to IRS personnel, and represented the federal government in the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He has served on national task forces relating to policy and procedures implemented by the Internal Revenue Service.
